Project Cucina was created in 2016. Our mission is to offer a complete and personalized service to our clients that includes designing, equipping and structuring kitchens whilst abiding by current laws, as well as consultancy, if required. That is why our activity is defined by reliability and the incentive to take on the most complex projects that meet both the client’s wishes, as well as HACCP and ISU regulations.
Our team is made up of certified specialists with a combined experience in the field of over 10 and up to 35 years and dividing them into departments (sales, design/implementation, service) allows us to be efficient and complete every project, whilst delivering the promised results.
Every member of our team has a well-defined role (sales consultant, food safety manager, service technician, specialized refrigerator repairman.), all needed certifications, as well as expertise to ensure that each location meets the highest standards imposed by the food industry. By collaborating with Project Cucina, our clients can save time and prevent organizational issues in the kitchen by optimizing workflow and increasing the quality level of the final product.
